What I see in this piece of art is a teenager walking past a statue of Jesus/God while texting on his cell phone, and the statue is mad at him for doing this.
I think the message the artist is giving through this peice of art is that you should worship Jesus/God instead of walking past statues and ignoring them.
I kind of like Kruger's work because it is different and does a good job portaying the messages of her artwork.
